Dr. Charlie Zhang earned his Masters in Dentistry in Australia, then did further studies at the Post Graduate Institute for Dental Surgery in Implantology. For him, choosing dentistry was always a natural choice. His innate dexterity, communication skills and profound grasp of science made dentistry a seamless choice.
Dr. Zhang remains committed to continuous professional development, excelling in various dental procedures, notably in pain management, implants, oral surgeries and root canal treatment.
Charlie’s easy going nature, direct communication and exceptional skills make him a beloved figure among his patients.
Dr. Raychel Tu
Senior AssociateDr. Raychel Tu graduated with a Masters in Dentistry at Griffith University and has won multiple awards, most notably the ADA Gold Coast Branch Award. Dr Tu then went on to study the orthodontic program at the University of Sydney.
She is experienced in all aspects of dentistry, and particularly enjoys restorative work, surgical extractions and orthodontics.
Having extensive dental care as a child, Dr Tu knows how difficult dental visits can be. Today she makes it her mission to provide a comfortable experience for all patients, as she believes that everyone deserves to smile. With her kind-hearted and gentle nature, Dr Tu is great with kids and those with dental anxiety.
In her spare time, Dr Tu teaches at UBC faculty of dentistry and supervises the 4th year dental students at the clinic.
